Whiting, Cotter & Hurlimann, LLP is a workers’ compensation law firm that represents injured firefighters and peace officers. We are looking for an attorney (preferably 1+ year of workers’ compensation experience; defense representation experience is welcomed). We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong attention to detail that wants to make an impact on the lives of our injured safety officers.
We will mentor you to develop your skills to effectively represent injured safety officers. You will have the opportunity to flourish in our practice.
Our office is located in Santa Ana/Tustin. We offer:

Starting salary is $80,000 to $120,000 a year plus Bonus.
Qualifications:
-Licensed by California State Bar and be in good standing
-1+ year of experience in workers’ compensation a plus
-Strong writing and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
-In office position with travel to WCAB venues as necessary
