LendingXpress is a fast-growing California hard/private money, and residential broker/lender, specializing in loans for real estate ranging from various sizes and types ranging from $100,000 to $18,000,000.

Job Description

LendingXpress is seeking an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for LendingXpress, our primary focus, while also overseeing marketing for three restaurants and an ecommerce business. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the modern marketing landscape and the ability to align multiple stakeholders in delivering campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. This role requires skillful project management, diplomacy, and meticulous oversight of timelines and creative assets across diverse teams and platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage go-to-market plans, schedules, and projects from inception to completion for LendingXpress, three restaurants, and an ecommerce business.

Partner with cross-functional teams to advance marketing efforts through platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other digital channels.

Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns and flows to support marketing objectives.

Create clear, structured marketing calendars and roadmaps with defined milestones and accountable owners.

Proactively identify project needs, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to keep campaigns on track.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Oversee brand consistency across all campaign materials for LendingXpress, restaurants, and ecommerce business.

Support the creation of high-visibility executive presentations.

Track deliverables against timelines and maintain up-to-date project status reports.

Ensure meetings are well-structured, with diligent follow-ups and recaps to maintain team alignment.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.

Proven expertise in Campaign Management, Marketing Management, Brand Management, or Project Management.

Strong project management skills with experience overseeing marketing campaign development and deployment across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) and email/SMS campaign tools.

Passion for driving brand engagement and cultural conversation around diverse businesses.

Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with creative development, asset production, and marketing execution preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, evolving industry.

Benefits

The base salary for this role is $45,000 per year.

Compensation is determined based on market indicators, experience, qualifications, skills, and training.
