We are a logistics company that specializes in selling cars and auto parts online. We have a large inventory of items that we need to list, market, and sell on eBay and other platforms. We are looking for a computer savvy individual who can help us with this task.
About 20-30 hours per week.
As our online sales assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and posting attractive and accurate listings for our items
- Responding to inquiries from potential buyers via phone, email, or chat
- Negotiating prices and closing deals with customers
- Processing payments and shipping orders
- Updating and maintaining our online inventory and sales records
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our online sales strategy
To be a successful online sales assistant, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A reliable computer and internet connection
- A working knowledge of eBay and other online selling platforms
- A basic knowledge of cars and auto parts, or a willingness to learn
- A professional and upbeat attitude
- A strong communication and customer service skills
- A flexible schedule and availability to work from home
