Job Title: Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: California-Based (Posibility of Remote Work)

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Hours: 15–20 hours per week

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator to help us grow and enhance our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Your role will focus on creating and scheduling content that highlights our company culture, shares advice for commercial real estate professionals, and engages our target audience. From celebrating success stories to crafting educational posts, you’ll play a vital role in telling our story and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality videos, graphics, and images that reflect our brand and resonate with our audience. Topics may include industry tips, success stories, team interviews, and fun real estate facts.

Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute a content calendar that balances property promotion with engaging, value-driven posts.

Engagement: Actively interact with followers by responding to comments and messages, and engaging with industry-relevant accounts to grow our community.

Team Collaboration: Work with the team to capture authentic content, including behind-the-scenes moments, team highlights, and stories that showcase our culture.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

Active on and knowledgeable about LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Experience creating and editing videos and graphics (familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

Creative and enthusiastic, with a passion for storytelling and community building.

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

A self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple projects.

Prior experience in social media management or content creation is a plus but not required.
