Social Media/Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with our online community.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative ideas to drive engagement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all social media channels.

- Research and identify key influencers and partnerships to expand our reach and enhance our brand reputation.

- Monitor and report on competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create engaging content.

- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic photo editing skills.

- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Clean driving record
