Looking for a bright, reliable and creative Personal Assistant to assist with vacation rental bookings, guest and personal support and social media marketing. This role is focused on online support-no on-site property management required. You make things look amazing online over various booking sites, apps and platforms, and provide some support with person duties such as scheduling and keeping things organized. This is a part time role, ideal for someone who loves variety, has excellent computer and communication skills, and is both well organized and fun to work with. As this is primarily remote, must be proactive and highly responsive.
Responsibilities include: assisting with various booking platforms like VRBO, Lodgify, and AirbnB; Manage and grow social media accounts (instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) with creative content that showcases our vacation rental, local highlights, and guest experiences; share local tips and fun content that make people want to pack their bags and go on vacation to our rental; design and schedule engaging posts, stories and reels to boost visibility and bookings; provide general admin support; assist with any personal tasks.
Qualifications: strong computer and internet skills (Microsoft office, online booking platforms, Canva and any other design tools, social media platforms);experience creating eye-catching and engaging content for instagram, etc; be flexible, fun and creative!
