Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, modern, high-paced print production environment? We're looking for a dedicated Digital Press Operator to join our team!

About the Role

In this role, you’ll play an essential part in our print production process by managing the print queue, setting up jobs for optimal output, and ensuring our machines run smoothly. This includes refilling supplies (ink, paper, etc.), performing minor and preventative maintenance, preparing jobs digitally, and monitoring quality for color accuracy, registration, and defect-free results. Comfort with printer software is essential to efficiently manage settings, troubleshoot, and oversee job processes.

We’re seeking a production-focused professional who can keep up with the demands of a physical print environment and is comfortable with digital print production as well.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and Maintain Printing Presses: Set up each job for optimal results, manage supplies and maintenance, monitor for jams, and keep production running smoothly.

Printer Software Management: Efficiently use printer software to monitor, prepare, adjust, and troubleshoot jobs as needed.

Quality Assurance: Check for accurate color, registration, and defects to ensure each print meets our high standards.

Supply Management: Refill paper, ink, and other consumables as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in a similar production environment is preferred.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and expertise with printer software are essential.

Physical Stamina: Able to lift, pick up, and move up to 40+ pounds repeatedly.

Color Accuracy: Ability to see accurate colors is essential.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Transportation: Reliable transportation required.

Onsite Position: This is an onsite role.
