Intela Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Double Disc Grinder Operator in the city of Huntington Beach, Ca. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC Blanchard and Double Disc grinders to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Monday through Friday 5:00am-1:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Blanched Grinding Flat Surface.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Select appropriate grinding wheels, fixtures, and materials for each job.
Load and unload workpieces onto grinding machines manually or with the assistance of lifting equipment.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met and adjust as necessary.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
Used micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc., to make setups, operating adjustments, and to check work.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating CNC Blanchard and Double Disc grinders in a manufacturing environment.
Able to read and take precise measurements.
Good knowledge of edits and G-codes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues independently.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
