Manufacturer in Orange County now hiring experienced CNC Lathe and CNC Swiss Operators. We are seeking skilled CNC Operatosr to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The CNC Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualified candidates will have opportunities to advance based on performance.
Pay to start at: $22-26 depending on experience. Pay rate to be evaluated after 90 days.
Duties
Operate CNC milling machines and stamping presses to manufacture parts as per blueprints and technical drawings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to understand specifications.
Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Package finished products according to company standards for shipment or storage.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing facility.
Proficiency in operating milling machines, stamping presses, and other CNC equipment.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with quality control processes and precision measuring instruments.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
