Skillset Group is seeking a CNC Set up Operator for the city of Garden Grove, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with Lathe equipment and a strong background in Aerospace.
Responsibilities:
Operating and setting up CNC Lather machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand product specifications.
Using measuring tools like coordinate measuring machines to ensure precision.
Fabricating and assembling components to required specifications.
Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
Experience with Fanuc controls and GD&T principles.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of CNC Set Up Operator experience.
Able to complete set ups on CNC Lathes such as Okuma, Doosan and Swizz machines.
Ability to operate multi axis machinery.
Experience with measuring devices.
