We are seeking a skilled Corrugated Packaging Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating efficient and innovative packaging solutions using corrugated cardboard materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural design, production optimization, and working closely with both creative and manufacturing teams. - No prior industry experience is necessary — as long as you have basic knowledge of ArtiosCAD and a strong willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Design dielines and prototypes for corrugated packaging (RSC, mailers, POP displays, etc.)
Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure production feasibility
Use ArtiosCAD, Illustrator, or similar tools to create accurate technical drawings
Collaborate with internal teams on structural and visual aspects
Revise designs based on testing, client feedback, or cost considerations
Ensure compliance with shipping and sustainability standards
Support production and warehouse team members as needed
Requirements:
Some experience in corrugated or structural packaging design
Proficiency in ArtiosCAD and Adobe Illustrator
Understanding of packaging materials and manufacturing processes
Portfolio of previous corrugated packaging work
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
[Bonus] Experience with retail display design or print production
