We are a Wholesale Bakery making French Macarons and other desserts and we are Looking for a (HANDS ON) Production supervisor that has experience overseeing and working in a FOOD MANUFACTURER FACILITY in production lines, managing a team of at least 15+ people and meeting daily production quotas. Will not consider without experience.

Qualifications:
-2 years experience working in a Food production Facility as a supervisor
-Speaks both English and Spanish (a must)
-Has been in charge of working and overseeing overall production.
- sanitation training for production facility according to GMP, HACCP, food processing or FSMA.
-Must pay attention to detail and work fast and efficiently along-side the production workers
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage a team of 10+ people. Making sure production is being met every hour. Report when production timelines are not being met.
- Make sure quality of the product is met according to Chef's Standards
- Make sure product is properly labeled according to different flavors, companies and palletized accordingly
- Keep track of inventory of all food and packaging items and communicate with the Executive chef
-Operate both packaging and filling machines when needed.
-Help out with production when needed and when short on staff
-Ensure overall cleanliness of the production area. Give direction and follow cleaning list and enforce a clean environment
-Ensure to keep in good working order all equipment. Report when there's an issue
