JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will fulfill customer orders with a focus on Quality, On-Time Delivery, and high Productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare stainless steel sinks and wash stations for shipping
- Using a punch press, punch holes in sinks and wash stations for faucets
- Using a stud welding, affix screws to base of sinks and wash stations for valve assemblies
- Using a grinder, light grinding of edges to remove any burrs
- Package sink and wash station accessory kits
- Box, band, and wrap sinks and wash stations for delivery
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Packing & Shipping teams to ensure proper order fulfillment
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is required
- Experience with the use of punch presses, stud welders, and grinders is preferred
- Proficiency driving forklifts is preferred
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing is preferred
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
