Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Laser Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CNC manufacturing or a similar environment, with strong technical skills and attention to detail. This role involves operating and maintaining laser cutting equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser/waterjet cutting machines.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
Experience as a laser operator, CNC operator, or in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.
Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and tolerances.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
