A manufacturing facility in need of Laborers in Garden Grove is offering full-time, long-term job opportunities. The role involves working in assembly, conventional tasks, and collaborating on final assembly and shipping processes. The position offers competitive wages based on experience and responsibilities.
Duties:
- Perform assembly tasks
- Straighten parts as needed
- Clean components thoroughly
- Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Pack boxes efficiently
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge for assembly tasks
- Ability to work in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting
- Experience in fabricating or assembling items on an assembly line
- Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus
This role requires individuals to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions meticulously, collaborate with team members across departments, and maintain a safe workspace. Candidates should be capable of lifting over 30lbs and standing for extended periods.
The starting salary ranges from $16.50 to $19 per hour based on experience level.
