Under minimum supervision, the Manufacturing Technician shall perform various production assembly operations, including connector assembly, termination of electrical contacts (soldering/crimping), insert/over-molding, labeling, packaging, in-process testing, and operation of basic hand tools.
Experience with soldering is required.
Experience with wire preparation, stripping, tinning, and crimping cables, encapsulation/epoxy operations, ultrasonic welding machines, and other various encapsulation tasks is preferred.
IPC 610, IPC 620, and J-STD certification are preferred.
Injection mold operator experience is preferred.
Requirements:

- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify potential problems
- Basic measurement skills using tools and equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, and calipers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent hand and eye coordination
Education:
- Required: Minimum High School diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Two-year degree (Associate or technical certification) in electronics/advanced mechanics or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in medical devices within a QSR/FDA-regulated environment.
2nd shift position - 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F
40hrs/week + Overtime (1.5x pay) as needed
