Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Racker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly line process, ensuring that products are properly racked and prepared for the next stages of production. This position requires mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools, making it essential for candidates to have a background in factory or warehouse environments.
Duties
Efficiently rack products on the assembly line to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Conduct routine inspections of racked items to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and maintain a clean work environment.
Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools as needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is advantageous.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
