We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working. Our part's puller is vital in our production/assembly line. The parts puller is responsible for pulling all parts and components needed to fully assemble automotive shocks.
Responsibilities:
Fast pace – detail-oriented position
Revise production lists and update status accordingly
Pull productions parts and arrange parts in specified sequence for assembly.
Support production and assembler needs for missing parts.
Update stock and shortage report
Sorts and places material or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to build instructions
Record all material moves within warehouse.
Maintains build racks and bins organized and labeled.
Requirements and skills
Must be able to push, pull, and lift to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk around throughout shift.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, basic engineering assembly drawings, other shop drawing aids and part
number call outs.
Must be able to perform basic Microsoft office functions, Excel being the most important.
Demonstrate basic shop math.
Flexible and responsive, with strong teamwork orientation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge.
Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed and continuous improvement.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
