Job Summary
We are hiring a Pre-Weigh / Mixing Operator to help stage and prepare raw materials for our production batches. This role combines Heavy lifting + Accuracy to keep production running smoothly.
Pay: $18–$20/hr DOE
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Responsibilities
Pull, weigh, and stage raw materials by batch record
Record lot numbers, weights, and expiration dates correctly
Use pallet jacks/forklifts (certification preferred)
Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
Keep work area clean and safe (GMP standards)
Communicate with Mixing & Warehouse teams to stay on schedule
Requirements
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to stand, bend, and lift/move 60–70 lbs regularly
Comfortable around cosmetic raw materials with chemical scents (no allergies/sensitivities)
Read/follow instructions in English; basic math & measurement
Reliable, detail-oriented, team player
Forklift/pallet jack experience preferred
Warehouse/manufacturing experience a plus (food/cosmetic/pharma ideal)
