Security / Pro Audio Video Manufacture looking for motivated QA/RMA Person in the Orange County California Area. We are looking for someone with a minim of 3 Years QA/RMA but also willing to train for a long term position.

Skilled and resourceful in finding solutions fast
Multitasking, able to handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Analyze, diagnose and repair RMA reported issues
QC each RMA based on company standards
Proficient with tool-kits
Basic e-mail writing skills
Basic knowledge and understanding of Office program
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintain knowledge of all products
Process all credit returns including evaluation returns & stock rotations
Ability to lift 30 lbs., etc.
Work Location:
Located in Anaheim, CA
Full time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri
