We’re hiring for Hot Shoppe's sewing department trimming and shipping position at Hot Shoppe Designs, an action sports manufacturing company based in San Clemente. We make custom apparel in a casual but focused environment, and we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work.
This position includes trimming threads from clothing, pressing, packaging, and shipping. It’s hands-on, detail-driven work that supports our production team from start to finish. You’ll need to be dependable, flexible, and comfortable working with others to get the job done right.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
You’re a fit if you:
Have strong attention to detail
Take pride in doing things right the first time
Work well with others and communicate clearly
Can adapt and shift gears when needed
Are organized, reliable, and focused
Don’t mind repetitive tasks and doing them consistently
Have warehouse or production experience (a plus, but not required)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) also a plus.
