Immediate position for a Shipping Admin in Garden Grove.
Shipping Clerk/ Admin
7AM – 5PM (with some overtime on an as needed basis)
Pay $19- $23 an hour DOE
Must be a bilingual English and Spanish.
Must submit resume showing required experience

Self-starter and willing to pitch in a hand as needed.
Key responsibilities of a shipping clerk:
Order fulfillment: Packing items according to customer orders, ensuring correct quantities and product details.
Shipping label creation: Generating shipping labels with accurate addresses and barcodes using shipping software.
Packaging and preparation: Properly packaging items for shipment, including adding protective materials as needed.
Shipment tracking: Monitoring shipment status through carrier systems and notifying customers of delivery updates.
Receiving goods (as needed): Inspecting incoming shipments for damage, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and updating inventory records.
Data entry: Entering shipment details into computer systems, including customer information, product codes, and shipping carrier details.
Maintaining a clean workspace: Organizing inventory and keeping the shipping area tidy.
Skills and qualifications for a shipping clerk:
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to lift and move heavy packages
Basic computer skills and proficiency with warehouse management systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
