SMT Operators needed for a fast-growing Electrical manufacturing company located in San Clemente.
PAY: $25-$30/HR. EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Schedule: M-F 1st 5AM-1:30PM
Job Description:
Set up machines: screen printer, Pick & Place, and reflow oven.
Perform loading and unloading to and from the machine independently.
Set up the feeder to machine per set up.
Perform the simple machine changeover.
Make sure all process tools, stencils, or fixtures are in-house before starting the set-up process.
Touch-up soldering and repair work of defects generated by the machine.
Job Requirements:
SMT operator exp
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
