Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing storage areas, and coordinating truck deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products.
Maintain inventory accuracy by implementing and managing strict inventory control procedures.
Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization and ease of access.
Coordinate truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory levels and order fulfillment rates.
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understanding of safety and security regulations.
Certification in warehouse operations or logistics (preferred but not required).
