Eastridge Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading medical technology company that produces innovative insulin delivery systems for diabetes patients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Wire Assembly Technician to join the manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will build and assemble the small wires used in their medical devices. Strong attention to detail and dexterity working with tiny components is critical. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or a related field. Previous medical device assembly is a plus.
These are 2nd and 3rd shift roles- Must be flexible to work the shift and possibly weekends
Responsibilities:
Inserting wire to complete pod
Set up, operate, and maintain small production equipment
Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures
Work closely with a team to meet production goals
Inspect finished products and perform quality checks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination
Able to work independently and on a team
Ability to lift up to 20lbs occasionally
