Job Opportunity: Clubhouse Unit Assistant/ Generalist

About Us: Integrity House is a non-profit Clubhouse program located in Santa Ana, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Alliance of Abilities, our parent organization, has been serving our community for over twenty years under the Clubhouse Model developed by Fountain House in 1948. Our mission is to foster a community where people with disabilities fulfill their potential as responsible co-workers, neighbors and friends.
Position Details:
Pay: $18.00
Hours: Part-time to full-time hours available
Location: Santa Ana, California
Benefits:
Dental & Vision (Full-time after 90 days)
CPR training (after 90 days)
Millage reimbursement
Responsibilities:
Foster a vibrant atmosphere within the unit, encouraging member participation and emphasizing their abilities.
Assist unit leader in the daily operation in designated unit.
Take charge of day-to-day operations within the assigned unit when the Unit Leader is absent from the clubhouse.
Collaborate closely with fellow staff, members, to design services that meet the unique needs of our members.
Participate in community outings in small groups.
Work with members at their job site or volunteer site.
Maintain documentation and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum age of 18
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation.
Proof of valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
