Alliance of Abilities, our parent organization, has been serving our community for over twenty years under the Clubhouse Model developed by Fountain House in 1948. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where our members can thrive and achieve their life goals.
Position Details:
Pay: $19.00
Hours: Part-time to full-time hours available
Location: Santa Ana, California
Benefits:
Dental & Vision (Full-time after 90 days)
CPR training (after 90 days)
Millage reimbursement
Responsibilities:
Work with members individually to improve self-care practices, including:
Providing guidance on appropriate hygiene and dress
Offering support with money management skills
Educating on proper diet and nutrition
Assisting with maintaining cleanliness in living spaces
Coordinate schedules for routine appointments, such as:
Grocery shopping
Doctor's appointments
Dental appointments
Other essential tasks and errands
Maintain records & confidentiality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum age of 18
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation.
Proof of valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
