Office Admin position in Fullerton (1 month project) for a lumber wholesale company starting in December.
Pay- $21- $25 an hour DOE
1 month project starting Dec. 2nd
Monday- Friday
Hours- 8:30a.m.-3:30p.m.
Must submit resume showing the experience required
Basic accounting knowledge (purchase order, sales order, invoice, etc. is)
Online banking experience, bill pay, deposits
Some accounting software experience, similar to QuickBooks (you use a software specific to the lumber industry called DMSI/Agility)
Good data entry skills
Microsoft Outlook experience, basic Excel & PDF
