Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Compensation: $17 to $18 Hourly
Job Title Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, field messages and answer general inquiries
Distribute mail and incoming packages and review outgoing correspondence
Data entry into Microsoft Excel worksheets
File, fax, make copies
Run Errands
QUALIFICATIONS:
Procifient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
Self starter
Can work independently and flexible working with a team
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communications skills and phone etiquettes
Organization and coordination skills
Dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
A problem solver with a can do attitude
