Established Construction Company with a low turn around seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The ideal candidate would be willing to work as a team. This role is evolving no set tasks.
-Administrative experience 3 years
-ability to multi task
-experience in accounting a plus
- experience in Microsoft Office- word, excel
-experience in BuilderTrend platform a plus but not required
-experience in Outlook
-experience in Google Suite -sheets, docs, slides, gmail
-Typing at a minimum of 50wpm
-great communication skills
-Bilingual -Spanish
-Live local to South OC
- Experience in QB desktop
