Administrative Assistant suppoting Human Resources.
Hourly Pay Range: $20- $22 DOE
Hours 8a.m-5p.m.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for offering administrative support to Human Resources. This role will also assist with clerical accounting functions as needed. The ideal candidate possesses basic accounting experience with strong office and organizational skills.
Human Resources:
Assist in annual commercial and health insurance renewals.
Process state registrations and business licenses/permits.
Assist in preparation of labor surveys, census, and reporting.
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Prepare and email office announcements and reminders to personnel.
Asist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating company events.
Order service awards for employee recognition program.
Coordinate and schedule training and development courses.
Order business cards for personnel.
Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by management.
Order and post labor law posters annually.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Office Administration:
File, manage and control all service agreements from various vendors.
Order office and kitchen supplies using a selection of vendors/suppliers.
Sort and distribute company mail to department personnel.
Ensure break rooms are fully stocked and replenish kitchen supplies daily.
Monitor and track office and kitchen supplies.
Order and cancel company mobile phones with vendors.
Coordinate and schedule office renovations, repairs, and maintenance with various vendors.
Update company car leases on excel report.
Assist in annual physical count/inventory with data entry.
Update Fiscal Year Calendar on Excel.
Perform other duties as assigned
Clerical Accounting:
Assist with accounts payable tasks and sales orders processing.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or its equivalent.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Basic accounting experience with 1-2 years.
Computer Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Strong people skills; a collaborator attitude.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer service-oriented approach to all requests, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Willingness to learn and adapt to innovative technologies and processes
