We are a twelve bay Automotive repair shop located in Huntington Beach looking to hire an additional front office assistant to support our growing team! Our dream candidate would have a strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented, and can manage their time efficiently. Having QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required!
Duties:
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing and keeping the office clean and organized
Utilizing Quickbooks for various bookkeeping responsibilities
Promptly responding to emails, text messages, and phone calls.
Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks
Assisting with customer needs both over the phone and in the front office
Check and respond to company and owner emails
Managing the calendar and appointments through Google Calendar
May assist with other tasks as needed and assigned such as driving
Qualifications:
Must have a clean driving record, a valid DL, and be punctual
Must have strong typing and grammar skills
Must have 2+ years of office/administrative experience
Have experience using QuickBooks a plus, but not required
Comfortable using computers and answering phones
Must be very organized, time-efficient, and detail-oriented
Be willing to learn and be trained in other tasks
