Responsibilities:
-Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
-Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
-Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
-Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
-Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Conduct research and compile data for decision-making processes.
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-High level of discretion and confidentiality.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative.
