Our growing construction company is looking for a dependable and organized Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to help manage day-to-day office operations and support our project teams.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and emails from clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections
Maintaining project files, permits, and construction documents
Assisting with data entry, invoices, and purchase orders
Coordinating deliveries and keeping records organized
Providing general support to project managers and field staff
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, PDF editing) MS. Project is and Scheduling would be a plus
Experience in construction or related office work preferred but not required
Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
