We are a General Contractor in Lake Forest, CA providing high-quality exterior reconstruction and waterproofing services to multi-family communities, including HOA’s, Apartments, and Single Family Residences, throughout Southern California.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/General Admin Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting all new leads into our system, responding to customer service emails promptly and efficiently, and providing assistance to our Estimator with estimate creation and sending estimates to customers. This is an in-office, fulltime position.

Responsibilities:

Input all new leads into our system accurately and in a timely manner.

Respond to customer service emails promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution of inquiries. Assist the Estimator with creating estimates for potential projects.

Collaborate with the Estimator to send estimates to customers and follow up accordingly.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Prior experience in administrative support is desired.

Must speak Spanish fluently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour starting.
