We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join Nuimage's office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone, while also handling various office duties to support our business operations.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Answer inbound customer calls and greet customers in the office, addressing inquiries regarding window products, services, and orders.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling installations, and handling any concerns or issues they may have.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely, professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Office Support: Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records in the database.
Communication: Liaise between customers, sales, and the production team to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for customers, service teams, and deliveries.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our window products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience (office or retail setting preferred)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish, and English)
Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage ($17- or more an hour, depending on experience)
