Seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Sales Representative with 2+ years of customer service experience.
Communicates clearly and appropriately with customers, vendors, and internal team to coordinate and facilitate order requests including accurate data entry, process tracking and rapid, regular communication with all parties; listens actively to stakeholder requirements and asks appropriate questions to understand requests.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Collaborate with the management team to set targets and achieve business development goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service by quickly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, interacting professionally. Must have outstanding communication and customer service skills; Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively with a team. Familiarity with CRM systems, RepFabric background is a plus.
Hourly range is $26-$29 (40 hour week)
Hours can be 7am-4pm, 7:30am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm, or 8:30am-5:30pm
