Project Description – Data Entry (no experience required)
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Location: San Capistrano Office – Tailored Space
Candidate: recent college graduate
Note: estimated project time (15-30 hours). We will guarantee a minimum of 20 hours regardless.

The Opportunity: We have a ground up opportunity for a recent college graduate starting with Data Entry. This opportunity will give you a peek into the world of business finance and gain hands-on experience in data management and sales.
1. Data Entry (primary focus, you will be paid specifically for this project)
o Extracting Data: You'll review invoices in files, to gather relevant information including company names, phone numbers, emails, amounts, product types, and more.
o Data Entry: Input this extracted data into a structured spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
2. Experience
o Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other office software
o Strong organizational skills to manage data efficiently
o Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus
3. Learning and Exposure
o Small Business Financing: Gain insights into commercial equipment loans and how they impact small businesses.
o Industry Knowledge: Understand the products and needs across various verticals like construction, manufacturing, industrial sectors, retail, and food & beverage.
4. Sales Process Insight:
o Deal Lifecycle: Observe and learn about the complete sales process, from initial opportunity development to deal closure.
o Underwriting and Credit: See how deals are assessed and approved in terms of credit analysis.
o Customer Interaction: Experience how sales works to close deals and secure financing terms.
5. Potential for Growth:
o Full-Time Position: If you excel in this role and demonstrate a good fit, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time sales position.
