Experienced Data Administrative
Brokerage Wealth Financial Planning Firm
We are looking for an experienced individual that is a self-starter who is adaptable to work in a fast-paced high volume professional financial planning office.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Prepare new and updated client investment account forms
2. Package and present account forms to advisor for client completion
3. Correspond with clients professionally over phone or in person as needed and service clients
4. Quickly respond to document changes and Advisor/Client needs
5. Ensure forms are compliant, correct, and up to date
6. Service-related responsibilities
Requirements are:
1+ years' experience in Financial Industry
Application Process Management Experience
Accountable in assignment completion
Attention to Detail
Quick response to task changes
Dedicated Work Ethic
Management and Organizational skills
Time Management
Microsoft Office (word and excel)
Compensation BOE - $23 plus based on experience
