We are currently seeking experienced professionals who can raise capital and manage closings within our six-stage process.
About the Role
This is a high-volume, performance-based position working with Foreclosure, Litigation, Loss Mitigation, and Pre-Foreclosure assistance programs.
Our Intake Agents manage the first 4 of the 6 closing stages, handling mailer call-ins and qualifying leads throughout the day. Intake Agents are highly skilled and earn $70/hour, ensuring each case moves smoothly and efficiently through our system.

Each Closer is supported by three dedicated Personal Assistants who feed deals daily, handle follow-ups, and manage client updates — ensuring every opportunity is maximized.
Key Responsibilities
Raise capital and manage funding relationships in the foreclosure marketplace
Oversee and close deals through the 6-step process
Lead client onboarding and coordinate with internal departments
Manage intake, follow-ups, and ongoing client communications
Drive revenue through strong relationship management and closing efficiency
