We are a property management company in Newport Beach, specializing in executive suites/ share office space. We are looking for a PART TIME front desk team member.
Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
- Answering in-coming calls in a multi-line phone system
- Greeting tenants and guests
- Sorting mail/ delivering packages
- Make coffee/ order and stock office supplies
- Manages front office area
- Hours are M-F, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Must have:
- Positive attitude
- Be a self-starter and team player
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes
This is a front desk team member position. Front desk experience is appreciated but not required. We can train the right person willing to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to leave the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry to get into the office setting.
Compensation: $18 per hour, paid holidays
