Auto Collision company is seeking a experienced auto collision front office receptionist with top notch customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2+ years of experience working for an auto collision company. Have working knowledge of CCC1 and/or Summit, amazing people and communication skills. We take great pride in our customer service and quality craftsmanship and are looking for individuals to contribute to our success.
Answer telephone calls and welcome vendors, scheduled and walk-in customers with a smile.
Schedule appointments and provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles on a consistent basis.
Perform administrative tasks, data entry, close out invoices and sure the most accurate and current information is in the system
Coordinate drop off/pick up of rental cars for customers when necessary.
Communicate with management and other team members on any new situations with customers and/or insurance companies.
Spanish is a plus
