Join this busy Property Investment/Management company in Huntington Beach, Ca. Position is temp to hire,
M-F 8:30am-5:30pm, $20-$22/hr. Must be able to pass a pre employment background screening.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with inter-department communication
- Assist with receiving, reviewing and composing emails
- Receive, open and organize incoming mail
- Receive and prepare checks for mail out
- Assist with maintaining owner data and files up to date
- Assist with onboarding of new owners
- Data Entry/General Clerical work
- Assist with any special tasks/projects as needed
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma required

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Personable, able to collaborate with a team, and foster future growth
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to organize, prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, preferred but NOT required
