Social Service Company seeks motivated individuals with a desire to help Developmentally Disabled adults be more independent in their daily lives. If you love to work with people and don't want a typical desk job, this is the right position for you!
This is a paid, full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Selected Staff will be training Adults with Developmental Disabilities in the community in the goal areas of work skills, community skills, and social skills.
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, own a reliable vehicle, maintain current auto registration and insurance, have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check. Those applicants that do not meet these minimum requirements will not be considered for the position. College degree is a plus!
Skills desired: Compassion, patience, reliability, leadership, strong written and oral communication skills, teamwork mentality, and an interest in the Social Services field. Those selected must be extremely reliable to perform consistent work on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: Starting $20 per hour & $0.70/mile reimbursement; full benefits after 60-day period
