Job Summary:
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Key responsibilities include managing communications, maintaining records, and coordinating the estimator’s schedule. Must use clear, concise and professional communication with customers, co-workers & vendors. Must answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist customers in the showroom; and respond to general inquiries via phone and email.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Support:
Schedule estimator
Prepare and follow up on proposals.
Invoice and collect monies.
Process orders.
Sell products to customers/contractors
Office Responsibilities:
Ensure the office is organized and presentable.
File and maintain the filing system.
Follow-up on customer orders.
Contact pick-ups for all will call orders.
Complete cost break-down on all invoices.

Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
College or Occupational Training is a plus.
Glass or construction industry experience a plus
