This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrative Assistant at Mega Fume, Inc. located in Fullerton, CA. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operations of the office. This includes but is not limited to managing schedules, organizing files, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and ensuring office supplies are stocked. The Office Administrative Assistant will also assist with coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support to the team.
