Office Assistant – Real Estate & Construction Company

About Us:
We are a busy real estate investment and construction company that buys, builds, and remodels residential properties. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to help manage daily tasks, organize projects, and assist with communication between clients, the city, and our team.
Responsibilities Include:
Cold calling potential clients and following up on leads
Processing and organizing new leads and inquiries
Communicating with city departments, code enforcement, and other agencies for project clearances or permits
Scheduling appointments, inspections, and meetings
Following up with emails and maintaining clear communication between parties
Organizing files, contracts, and project documentation
Assisting the owner with administrative and operational support
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable making phone calls and following up professionally
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, or similar)
Experience in construction, real estate, or admin work is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
