We are looking for an Order Entry representative to join our dynamic order entry team. Ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and be able to take on challenges. Woodworking experience is a plus but not a must (please indicate in the email if you worked have previously worked in the cabinet, furniture or any other woodworking industry)
Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers on a daily basis
Transfer client's information and data into company's system
Reviewing client documents and accurately entering data into the company's database
Maintain filing system and organisation
Answer phones to assist customers and sales representatives
Respond to all emails in a timely manner
Able to multi-task and prioritise while working in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
Must have own transportation
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Drive)
Must be enthusiastic, committed, resourceful, able to get the job done
Must have excellent organising, planning and time management skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Strong Team Player and have good personality
Ability to prioritise time sensitive duties and meet deadlines
Ability to Multitask
Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
Ability to handle customers with courtesy and professionalism
Strong attention to detail
