A local HVAC and plumbing company is seeking an Outbound Telemarketer to help ensure their customers' homes and businesses are comfortable and functioning optimally.
This is a full time opportunity and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The pay starts at $18-$21/hour plus commissions. There are two openings.
This role is 100% on-site.
Outbound Telemarketer Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote HVAC and plumbing services
Explain service offerings and current promotions clearly and persuasively
Schedule appointments for our technicians with interested customers
Update customer information in our database system
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies
Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions
Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Outbound Telemarketer Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools
Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
Basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing services (training will be provided)
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Patience and persistence in following up with leads
Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
