Hiring a long-term, part-time assistant for 12 -16 hours per week. On-site at offices in Santa Ana 2 days per week, other remote work. Conduct general office duties and admin support Background in Public Relations, theater, entertainment industry or filmmaking, big plus. Must be tech-savvy. Needs the ability to post updates on handful of company websites; some graphics design and help with IT issues. Must be able to handle all social media platforms; knowledgeable with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube; IMDb. Slated; Wikipedia; and others. Excellent writing and proofreader skills; history with PowerPoint, Excel, Mail Chimp; Zoom and a range of other programs/platforms; Internet research a must. Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal); highly organized; reliable; professional; respectful, strong work ethic; and punctual. Must have reliable transportation.
